Reason for Hospitalisation

Prem Chopra was admitted to Lilavati Hospital over the weekend for medical evaluation and care due to a viral infection combined with age-related health complications. According to doctors, the actor, who has a history of cardiac issues, was admitted under the supervision of cardiologist Dr. Nitin Gokhale. Dr. Jalil Parkar clarified, “He is not in the ICU; he is in the ward. Being 92 years old, his recovery may take slightly longer due to age-related issues, but he is responding well and should be discharged in three to four days.”

Family Reassures Fans

Sharman Joshi, Prem Chopra’s son-in-law, also reassured fans about the actor’s condition, stating, “All good, thank you. Just some tests; he will be back home tomorrow.” The actor’s family emphasized that his hospitalisation was primarily precautionary, and he is steadily recovering.
