“Punjab Bachao Yatra” arrives at the Fatehgarh Sahib

SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal began his “Punjab Bachao Yatra” in the district today after making his respects at Gurdwara Fatehgarh Sahib.
Sukhbir asserted that only a regional party could uphold rights, settle all disputes, and guarantee justice to Punjabis. He added that the parties located in Delhi, namely the Congress, AAP, and BJP, had no plan for Punjab and were abusing state resources.
Accompanying Sukhbir was Bikram Singh Khalsa, who is probably going to be the SAD candidate from the Fatehgarh Sahib parliamentary constituency.
He claimed Punjab has been set back decades by the Congress and AAP governments. According to him, the state saw tremendous growth under SAD in every area.

The head of the Akali Dal claimed that the AAP administration had misled Punjabis by breaking all of its pledges to them during the 2022 Assembly election. Some AAP supporters sang anti-Sukhbir slogans and referred to the event as the “Parivar Bachao Yatra” in an attempt to mislead people.
