In his post, CM Bhagwant Mann highlighted that special health camps have been set up across the flood-affected regions of Punjab. He assured citizens that their health remains a top priority, emphasizing, “Punjab is my family, and I am committed to safeguarding the health of every member of this family.” To maintain transparency and keep the public informed, the Chief Minister announced that detailed health statistics from these camps will be published daily at 6 PM.

Skin-related ailments affected 22,118 individuals, and 10,304 reported eye infections.
Officials confirmed that immediate treatment was provided to all patients on-site to avoid any inconvenience or delay in medical care.
Rising Health Concerns Post-Floods
The recent floods have led to waterlogging and unhygienic conditions in many areas, increasing the risk of infectious diseases. In response, the Punjab government’s health campaign has been a vital relief measure, with health workers and local authorities actively conducting door-to-door checks and providing treatment in affected villages.
The proactive measures taken by the state administration have helped mitigate the spread of diseases and provided much-needed medical assistance to vulnerable populations during this crisis.
