Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann on Monday said that his government has introduced landmark reforms in education, healthcare, infrastructure, power, and other vital sectors to ensure the state’s development and the welfare of its people.
Speaking to the media,PUNJAB CM underlined that these sectors have always been a top priority for his government, given their direct impact on citizens’ lives. He added that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) deserves recognition for pushing these issues to the forefront of national politics, as they were long overlooked. Mann also praised Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin for implementing several welfare-oriented initiatives.
Expressing pride at being invited as Chief Guest by the Tamil Nadu government for the expansion of the Chief Minister’s Breakfast Scheme, Mann said Punjab is keen to adopt and replicate successful welfare models from across the country. He highlighted the cultural and historical bond shared by Punjab and Tamil Nadu.
Emphasizing India’s strength in unity and diversity, Mann said that just as a bouquet of flowers looks more appealing with different colors and varieties, the country’s diverse cultures and traditions enhance its unity and strength. He expressed confidence that his visit would deepen ties between Punjab and Tamil Nadu and pave the way for mutual growth and prosperity.
