PUNJAB NEWS : Nearly 15 years after acquiring land for the Aerocity project, the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) on Monday conducted the numbering draw for SCOs and bay shops that had earlier been allotted to landowners. The event took place at the Community Centre of Purab Premium Apartments, Sector 88.
Housing and Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian informed that the draw included 166 SCOs of 100 sq yd, 159 SCOs of 121 sq yd, and 167 bay shops of 60 sq yd.

The long-awaited process has come as a major relief to landowners, who had been waiting for more than a decade for their allotments. With the numbering completed, they can now move ahead with commercial activities.
Excited beneficiaries like Sharanpreet Singh, Devansh Trehan, and Vivek Bansal said they were eager to begin their business ventures soon.
