Congress manifesto
Amrinder Singh Raja Warring, the head of the PPCC, stated here today that the Congress will incorporate state-specific issues into the party’s national platform, Nyay Patra.
Warring at the state-level introduction of the party’s Lok Sabha 2024 election manifesto was CLP Leader Partap Singh Bajwa, along with Punjab Affairs Chief Devendra Yadav.
Even while the national platform addressed important concerns that were specific to our state, he added that the other suggested adjustments and guarantees included in the Congress manifesto would be carefully carried out if we won. Important matters such as the nationwide implementation of the previous pension plan would also be included, he said.
“This Congress manifesto is the result of intensive research, led by Rahul Gandhi, who traveled the country with senior party members over the past year to feel the pulse of the people,” Yadav stated. The interests of Punjab have been carefully taken into account, guaranteeing its wellbeing and representation.

According to Bajwa, “some people have benefited disproportionately during this BJP rule over the past ten years.” Our goal in releasing this manifesto is to raise public awareness of the issues and promote fair representation. We will also push the AICC to include the previous pension plan in the manifesto, as this is a sentiment shared by many stakeholders and has been done in states with Congress-controlled governments before.
“We will be releasing our list of candidates in the coming days,” stated Warring in the interim. By April 15, the entire exercise will be finished.
