RAJASTHAN CM :Ban on illegal mining and transportation in the Legislative Assembly of the Chief Minister and State Government,
- Formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) under the chairmanship of the Subdivision Officer of the concerned subdivision area of the district.
As per the wish of RAJASTHAN CM Bhajanlal and the State Government, there is strictness regarding illegal mining transportation in Beawar district.Beawar District Collector Dr. Mahendra Khadgawat, after assuming the charge of the District Collector, directed the officers to be strict regarding illegal mining, transportation and encroachment.
Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma ,It is worth mentioning that on November 6, as per the instructions of the District Collector, while taking action on receiving the complaint of illegal mining in Raipur area of the district, a huge fine of Rs 38 crore was imposed by the Mineral Department.
In order to stop illegal mining 100%, the District Collector issued an order on Thursday and constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) under the chairmanship of the Sub Divisional Officer of the concerned subdivision area of Beawar district to prevent illegal mining in Beawar district.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) will be headed by the Sub-Divisional Officer and will have senior officers from the Police Department, Tehsildar of the concerned area and Mineral Engineer as its members.
He directed that a special investigation team should investigate all the mining areas of the district as per the instructions of the concerned subdivision officers and if illegal mining is found, the state government / Please take effective action and submit a report in the context of the instructions issued by the Honorable National Green Tribunal (NGT), Bhopal.
