RAJASTHAN CM Bhajanlal reviewed ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Rising Rajasthan will be an important milestone in the journey of making the state’s economy 350 billion dollars

RAJASTHAN CM Bhajanlal Sharma said that the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit will prove to be an important milestone in the journey of making Rajasthan’s economy 350 billion dollars in the next 5 years.He said that this summit to be organized from 9 to 11 December will open new doors of possibilities in the state and will play an important role in establishing the state as a major center of investment in the country and the world.Shri Sharma said that the investment agreements made in this will lead to unprecedented progress in every field of the state and new employment opportunities will also be created for the youth.
Mr. Sharma was reviewing the preparations for the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit at the Chief Minister’s Office on Monday. Industry and Commerce Minister Shri Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore was also present in the meeting. The Chief Minister had a detailed discussion with the officials about the various events to be held on 9, 10 and 11 December, the arrival of guests from the country and abroad, their stay and various preparations related to the venue.During this, Principal Government Secretary Industries Shri Ajitabh Sharma and Government Secretary Tourism, Art and Culture Shri Ravi Jain gave detailed information to the Chief Minister about the preparations related to their respective departments.
Shri Sharma directed the officials to give wide publicity to the event of Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit.Hoardings and banners related to this should be put up at prominent places in all the districts of the state including the capital Jaipur. He also asked the officials to promote the event prominently on social media. Taking information about the decoration of the venue, seating arrangement for the guests and other preparations, the Chief Minister directed the officials to prepare a detailed road map of even the smallest preparations related to the event and finalize them.
Exhibition on Developed India-Developed Rajasthan theme
It was informed in the meeting that during the summit, a grand exhibition will be organized on the theme of India-Developed Rajasthan, in which there will be different zones of Rajasthan and different countries participating in the summit. In Rajasthan Zone, information about the state’s major industries, minerals, tourist places and art-culture will be given through LED screens, 3-D presentation and various models.Besides, detailed information will also be given about industrial possibilities in new areas in Rajasthan. In the exhibition, under One District-One Product, the delightful and tourist places of Rajasthan will be told through 3-D technology by showcasing the major products of other districts including Sanganeri Print of Jaipur.
Government Secretary Tourism, Art and Culture Shri Ravi Jain informed the Chief Minister in detail about the cultural programs to be organized on 9 and 10 December.Chief Minister Shri Sharma directed that the imprint of Rajasthan’s art and culture should be visible in the programs and local folk artists should be given special priority in this.
In the meeting, Chief Secretary Shri Sudhansh Pant, Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister) Shri Shikhar Agarwal, Principal Secretary (Chief Minister) Shri Alok Gupta, Commissioner Industries and Commerce Shri Rohit Gupta,RIICO Managing Director Mr. Inderjit Singh, Rajasthan Foundation Commissioner Dr. Manisha Arora, Additional Commissioner BIP Mr. Saurabh Swami and senior officials were present.
