RAJASTHAN NEWS : A meeting was held on Monday to review the progress of the ‘Mukhyamantri Shiksha Rajasthan Abhiyan’, a flagship scheme of the state government inspired by the spirit of the National Education Policy 2020, and the upcoming action plan. The meeting was presided over by Secretary, School Education, Krishan Kumar. Shri Kunal said that this campaign is a determined and coordinated effort towards establishing new dimensions of quality of education. Under the scheme, four major components – schools, students, teachers and academic outcomes have been defined, based on which a total of 40 points have been outlined for implementation.
Two major components were discussed in detail in the meeting, other components will be brainstormed in the upcoming meetings. Shri Kunal directed the appointment of nodal officers to expedite the progress of the campaign. Emphasising that the nodal officer will ensure the implementation of the works related to the campaign, the Education Secretary made it clear that equal partnership between NIC, RSCERT, SAMSA and Directorate will be ensured for the successful implementation of the campaign.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Suram Chand Sharma; Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Jitender Mishra; PO ICDS Anu Bhel; General Manager DIC, Sansar Chand; Deputy District Election Officer, Rajeev Magotra besides other nodal officers, returning officers and other election officials.
