Rajasthan News: The driver of the SUV collided head-on with a truck traveling in the opposite direction as he tried to pass another car, according to police reports.
In the Ganganagar region of Rajasthan, a traffic accident claimed the lives of six persons and badly injured one, according to authorities on Friday.
Police said the incident took place in the district’s Anoopgarh town around 4pm.
According to authorities, six members of a family who live in Raisinghnagar’s Kikarawali hamlet traveled to Anoopgarh on Thursday for a program.
According to the police, the SUV’s driver collided head-on with a truck traveling in the opposite direction while attempting to pass another vehicle.

According to authorities, two of the passengers, including the driver, were taken to a hospital in Anoopgarh, where the driver, identified as Ramesh Kumar, later passed away from his wounds. Four passengers perished instantly.
Kanta (38), a different badly injured passenger, was sent to Ganganagar for additional care.
