Injury During First Task of The 50
According to Rajat Dalal, the injury occurred on the very first day of shooting for The 50 when he suffered a significant tendon tear in his hand during a physically demanding task. Initially, the tear measured around 2.8 cm, but it worsened during another challenge on the show, eventually increasing to 3 cm. He also shared medical reports confirming that there were no fractures, but the tendon tear required surgical treatment. Speaking about the situation, Rajat explained that he delayed the operation because he did not want to abandon the show midway.

Rajat revealed that he decided to finish shooting for The 50 before going ahead with the surgery . He said the commitment to the show was important to him, and he wanted to honour it despite the injury.
