Ranbir Kapoor’s eagerly awaited entry into the legendary epic “Ramayana” has officially begun. Fans are giddy with anticipation for Ranbir’s challenging role as Lord Ram, who he is slated to play in Nitesh Tiwari’s epic retelling. Some leaked pictures and footage from the sets have appeared online amid the rumors surrounding the movie. The images provide an early look at the creative process.
The building of the architectural marvels that will bring the ancient tale to life on screen is visible in leaked set footage. In the footage, several wooden pillars and walls are observed.
One such picture, titled “Ramayana Day 1,” teases fans with a peek of colossal buildings evocative of the period the movie is set in. It shows the early phases of set construction.
Although secondary artists have started shooting, Ranbir Kapoor is still not a part of the group. According to sources, he is expected to arrive in the next several days. Director Nitesh Tiwari and his crew performed a little puja ritual in advance of the filming to ask for blessings for a fruitful endeavor.
Ranbir Kapoor’s intense training for the part has drawn notice; a widely shared image highlights his commitment to physical well-being and his acquisition of new abilities, such as archery training.
A star-studded ensemble including Yash, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Vijay Sethupathi, and Amitabh Bachchan is rumored to be in talks for key roles as the cast and crew prepare to bring this timeless narrative to life. Notably, Sai Pallavi, an actor, has been chosen to play Sita. Kubbra Sait recently tried out for the part of Surpanakha, Ravana’s sister.
