Actor Randeep Hooda was recently spotted in Gurdaspur, Punjab, where he visited flood-affected areas and interacted with local communities. Sources say his visit was aimed at understanding the ground realities and amplifying the voices of those impacted.
Though Hooda did not make a formal media statement, his presence was welcomed warmly by residents and local authorities. Videos and photos circulating online show the actor wading through floodwater and participating in relief efforts.
Shehnaaz Gill Postpones ‘Ikk Kudi’ Release
Actor and singer Shehnaaz Gill, who hails from Punjab, took to her social media platforms to announce the postponement of her upcoming Punjabi film, Ikk Kudi, in light of the ongoing crisis.
“Sat Shri Akal Ji. The entire team of Ikk Kudi has decided to postpone the release of the film to 31st October 2025,” she wrote in her official statement.
