Minister Hardip Singh Mundian : Ensuring transparent, prompt, and hassle-free services for the public is the state government’s top priority

Punjab Revenue and Rehabilitation Minister Hardip Singh Mundian conducted a surprise inspection of the Tehsil Office in Bathinda today, reviewing operations at the Sub-Registrar Office, Fard Kendra, and various other branches.

During his visit to the Sub-Registrar Office, Minister Hardip Singh Mundian emphasized that both the buyer and seller must be present during property registration. He also instructed that CCTV cameras should remain functional at all times. While inspecting the Fard Kendra, he directed officials to ensure timely delivery of various services to the public.

Stressing the importance of citizen-friendly governance, he urged officials to treat visitors respectfully and provide proper seating arrangements along with essential amenities like drinking water. He also inspected the registry branch.

Speaking to the media, the Revenue, Urban Development, and Housing Minister reiterated that the top priority of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann’s government is to provide transparent, timely, and hassle-free services to the public. Responding to a query, he affirmed that citizens across the state are receiving all services within stipulated timelines.

Minister Hardip Singh Mundian further stated that officials have been given necessary instructions to address any deficiencies identified during the inspection. He interacted with visitors at the office, assuring them that they would not face any difficulties in getting their work done, as the government is fully committed to ensuring efficient service delivery.

Present at the occasion were Punjab Small Industries Development Board Chairman Neil Garg, Sugarfed Chairman Navdeep Jida, SDM Balkaran Singh Mahal, and Tehsildar Divya Singla.
