Panchkula: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has announced a month-long statewide campaign focused on service, good governance, public participation and nation-building. The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan will begin on September 17 and continue until October 17 across the state.
During a press conference in Panchkula, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini outlined the activities planned under the campaign and urged people across Haryana to participate actively in the various programmes.
Campaign to Begin on September 17
The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan is being organised in connection with the completion of 25 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s governance journey, which will be marked on October 7.
The Chief Minister said the campaign is dedicated to the principles of service, good governance, commitment and nation-building. The initiative will seek to bring citizens together through a range of social, cultural and public participation programmes.

Blood Donation Camps, Service Activities and More
A wide range of activities have been planned under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. These include blood donation camps, ‘Aashirwad Ka Diya’, ‘Seva Chitra’, ‘Seva Smaran’ and ‘Aangan Ka Milan’.
Other programmes will include ‘Kahani Badlav Ki’, ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’, ‘Seva Jyoti Yatra’, ‘Seva Setu’ and ‘Seva Rang’. The government has also included a Hackathon and Innovation Challenge to encourage participation and innovative ideas, particularly among the younger generation.
Focus on Public Participation
The campaign is designed to connect people with initiatives centred on social service and development. Through activities organised across Haryana, the government aims to encourage citizens to contribute to community welfare and strengthen the spirit of public participation.
The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan will provide opportunities for people from different sections of society to participate in programmes related to service, innovation and social engagement.
Grand Finale on October 17
The month-long Seva Sankalp Abhiyan will conclude on October 17 with the ‘Jansevak Mahakumbh – Panchayat Se Parliament’ programme.
The concluding event will highlight the importance of public representatives and grassroots participation in the democratic system, while bringing the campaign’s month-long activities to a close.
CM Saini Appeals to People
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini appealed to the people of Haryana to participate enthusiastically in the campaign and make the various programmes successful.
He said greater public involvement would help strengthen the values of service, good governance and nation-building.
