• The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign aims to encourage people to bring the tricolour home and hoist it in celebration of India’s independence – Subhash Sudha

 Haryana Minister of State for Urban Local Bodies, Sh. Subhash Sudha speaking at a Tiranga campaign event in Sonipat, stated that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is an initiative by the Government of India to remember and celebrate the glorious history, culture, and achievements of the nation during the struggle for independence.

The Urban Local Bodies Minister said that ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ is a campaign under the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, aiming to encourage people to bring the tricolour home and hoist it in celebration of the 75th year of India’s independence. The idea behind this initiative is to inspire a sense of patriotism in people’s hearts and to raise awareness about the Indian national flag.

He further said that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign has become a mass movement, with everyone coming together to hoist the national flag. From villages to cities, people across the country are hoisting the tricolour and expressing their gratitude towards the freedom fighters who bravely fought for our nation. This campaign has especially resonated with the youth and children, encouraging them to cherish the memories of India’s freedom struggle. Through this campaign, the spirit of unity in diversity in India has been strengthened.
