Sunita Kejriwal
The wife of Aam Aadmi Party national convenor and chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, Sunita Kejriwal, is scheduled to attend the INDIA Alliance event for the second time on April 21 in Ranchi, the capital city of Jharkhand.
Senior AAP politician and Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj stated that Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Bhagwant Mann, MP Sanjay Singh, and Sunita Kejriwal are among the prominent figures of the INDIA Alliance attending the massive event.
“Just as the ED detained Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, it also detained Hemant Soren, the current Chief Minister of Jharkhand, without providing any supporting documentation. The people of Jharkhand are upset with the BJP as a result. A significant mood opposing the BJP in Jharkhand will be generated when all of the INDIA Alliance leaders stand with Hemant Soren during the event, he said.
In addition to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, indications indicate that Jharkhand head Minister Champai Soren and Congress head Mallikarjun Kharge will also be present at this massive rally. The leaders of India Block intend to use this event as an opportunity to convey that all opposition parties are running strong in the elections.

There are also rumors that Kalpana Soren, the ex-CM of Jharkhand Hemant Soren’s wife, would show up for this event. Since Hemant Soren was sentenced to prison in connection with the land scam case, Kalpana Soren has also been quite active. She has attended opposition party rallies in Delhi and Mumbai. At the INDIA bloc’s “Loktantra Bachao” (Save Democracy) event at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, she also appeared on stage alongside Sunita Kejriwal.
The AAP chief’s wife has gained attention following Kejriwal’s arrest in the purported money laundering scheme connected to an excise policy. The AAP had already made public the list of 40 elite candidates for Gujarat on Wednesday. The second name on this list is that of the retired civil servant.
Reportedly, AAP workers are attempting to court female voters in Sunita Kejriwal’s name after he rose to prominence as a campaigner. Data from the Election Commission indicates that there are 1.47 crore voters in Delhi overall, with 67 lakh of them being women.
