Speaking on the occasion, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the Indian Army is not only playing an important role in protecting the unity, sovereignty and integrity of the country but is also actively participating in developmental works by coordinating with the civil society. He said that in the border state of Uttarakhand, various social responsibilities are being successfully discharged by the Army to help the local communities. Expressing gratitude towards the contribution of the Indian Army, CM Pushkar assured that the State Government would continue to extend full support to the Army in all its important initiatives.
