There will be adequate security arrangements in the Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET Exam) – 2024 to be conducted by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. The board will monitor sensitive and highly sensitive examination centers through CCTV and other centers through videography.Candidates will have to attach a maximum three months old photograph in the application. Matching of photographs will also be done at the time of examination. The board has received 29 thousand 308 applications till Wednesday evening. Of these, there are 1035 applicants who have applied to appear for the examination in both the levels.
Board Secretary Shri Kailash Chandra Sharma said that preparations have been intensified for the REET exam to be conducted in two shifts on 27th February.During the examination, sensitive and highly sensitive centers will be monitored through CCTV. Along with this, videography will also be done at the examination centres.The board will also constitute a special flying squad. The Board has instructed the candidates to include only their latest photographs in the application. This photo should not be more than three months old.At the time of examination, the photo in the application and the candidate’s face will be matched at the centre. If any discrepancy is found in this, the board will investigate it. If any fake candidate is found appearing in the exam, strict action will be taken against him.
Board Secretary said that till Wednesday evening, 15 thousand 570 candidates have applied online for Reet Exam in level one and 13 thousand 738 candidates have applied online in level twoOf these, there are 1035 candidates who have applied to appear for both the levels of examination. The board has clarified that the application should be filled thoughtfully and on the basis of genuine documents. Once the form is filled, candidates will not be able to make any changes at their level. The last date to apply is January 15.
Secretary Shri Sharma said that the candidates can apply by clicking on the official website of the board and depositing the examination fee. The further process of application will start only after depositing the Reet Exam fee.All the information related to REET exam is available on the official website of REET. Candidates can complete the application process on time. The examination fee for level one and two has been kept at Rs 550. If a candidate applies for both the levels then he will have to pay a fee of Rs 750.
The Board Secretary said that the examination will be conducted in two shifts on February 27. The first shift exam will be conducted from 10 am to 12.30 pm and the second shift exam will be conducted from 3 pm to 5.30 pm.
