Narendra Modi will have a roadshow
On April 24, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will conduct a roadshow in Bhopal. A party official said on Monday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will do a roadshow in the BJP stronghold of Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency on Wednesday evening.
In the past eighteen days, PM Modi has made five trips to the state of Madhya Pradesh, this being his second roadshow there.
On April 7, the prime minister began his campaign for the MP elections by holding a roadshow in the Jabalpur seat, which has been a BJP stronghold since 1996.
Polls for the Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency are scheduled for May 7 and feature BJP’s Alok Sharma versus Congressman Arun Shrivastava.”Modi ji will lead the roadshow in the city on April 24 evening,” stated Ashish Agrawal, the head of the Madhya Pradesh BJP’s media cell.

The roadshow would travel 1.5 km between the New Market area and the former Vidhan Sabha. According to Bhopal Commissioner of Police Harinarayanachari Mishra, it would start at around seven o’clock in the evening.
He said that 24 IPS officers and about 2,000 other police officers would be on duty to provide security for the roadshow. The BJP secured 28 of the state’s 29 Lok Sabha seats in the 2019 elections, with the Congress securing only the Chhindwara seat.
The BJP wants to win the state handily this time. Since 1989, the BJP has been the winner of the Bhopal Lok Sabha seat. The Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency has 23,29,892 voters, according to the Election Commission.
