Tourist Family OTT Launch Postponed — Sasikumar’s Film to Stream on Jio Hotstar Next Month
The Tamil family drama Tourist Family, starring Sasikumar, is all set for its digital debut after a successful theatrical run. The film, directed by Abishan Jeevinth in his debut, has captivated audiences with its mix of emotional storytelling and humor, becoming one of the sleeper hits of 2025.

The Tourist Family OTT Release Date Update
Though initially expected to premiere on OTT by the end of May, the digital release has been delayed. According to film industry tracker Christopher Kanagaraj, Tourist Family is now scheduled to stream on Jio Hotstar starting June 6, 2025, with a midnight premiere. Fans are eagerly awaiting official confirmation from the makers. Meanwhile, Hotstar has postponed the release of the popular Malayalam film Thudaram, which is now expected to arrive in early May.
