Under the leadership of CM Bhajan Lal Sharma, the State Government is continuously working for the upliftment of all sections including poor, women, youth and farmers. Every problem of these sections is also being solved through public hearing. Public hearing is becoming the basis of accountability of the government and the general public is very satisfied with the speedy redressal of their grievances.
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma held a regular public hearing at the Chief Minister’s residence on Monday. He listened to the grievances of the people and directed the officials to solve the problems immediately. Shri Sharma said that the complainants in the public hearing have great expectations from the administration to solve their problem. In such a situation, the officials should solve their problems in a time-bound manner by giving top priority to them.
Strict action will be taken against the negligent personnel. CM Bhajan Lal Sharma solved the problems of various people including women, divyangs, elderly people who came in large numbers in the public hearing on the spot. He directed the officials to provide immediate relief to the victims. At the same time, the complainants should also be informed about it while regularly monitoring the cases. Strict action will be taken against the erring officials.
Final Solution to Problems Jansunwai In the Jansunwai, a large number of complainants appeared before the Chief Minister with their various problems. Some complainants came to the Chief Minister seeking help for treatment, while some complainants came with their pension related matter. When a complainant sought help in a land-related matter, someone submitted an application for relief in the rules. After listening to all the problems personally, the Chief Minister gave relief to the victim from the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund in some cases and directed to provide free treatment to the victim under the Chief Minister’s Ayushman Arogya Yojana in some cases. He directed that some of the cases should be resolved at the district administration level and in some cases, the officers should be directed to take action at the headquarters level.
Manish to get free treatment for cancer
Sohan Lal, who came to the public hearing, said that his son Manish, who is suffering from cancer, has been undergoing treatment for the last several months. Sohan Lal, who earns his livelihood from daily wages, is facing financial crisis. In such a situation, he is facing difficulties in the treatment of his son. He expressed his anguish to the Chief Minister. On this, the Chief Minister showed sensitivity and directed the officials that arrangements should be made for free treatment of Manish immediately. With the sensitivity of the Chief Minister, Manish will now be able to get free treatment for cancer.
The Chief Minister listened to the grievances of various departments including Social Justice and Empowerment, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Agriculture, Home, Revenue, Irrigation, Transport, Animal Husbandry, Jaipur Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, Education, Medical, Drinking Water, MGNREGA, Energy and resolved them on the spot.
A large number of citizens and officials were present on the occasion.
