CM Yogi Adityanath held a high-level meeting with the officials of the Health Department at his official residence today. He instructed the officials to make strong arrangements to ensure the health safety of the general public in view of the cold weather. CM Yogi Adityanath said that the entire state is experiencing severe cold weather. Cold wave is prevailing. This is the time to exercise special caution for the safety of the elderly, children and people suffering from serious diseases. There is a possibility of increase in the number of patients suffering from cold, cough and respiratory problems. In such a situation, the health system needs to remain alert. He directed that patients should get good medical facilities in all government hospitals. Be it availability of tests or medicines, everything should be in order. The common man should not have to face any trouble for this.
While reviewing the health and medical facilities of pilgrims at Maha Kumbh, CM Yogi Adityanath said that adequate medical arrangements should be made in all sectors.To provide help to the sick people, the team of the health department should regularly visit all the sectors and inquire about the well-being of the people and if needed, they should be provided with proper medical help.Availability of ambulance should be ensured. Appropriate medical help should be provided in case of seasonal problems like cold, cough, fever or any other serious illness.
