Alexa For Monkey Attack

Alexa: In the end, technology has changed the course of human civilization. People use technology to come up with such creative concepts that it astounds people. There has been a recent incident where a young person used her awareness to avoid being attacked by a monkey. On Thursday, a homeowner of Basti Pankaj Ojha in Uttar Pradesh unintentionally left his home’s main door open, allowing a huge monkey to enter. After breaking into the two-story home, the primate damaged the ground floor drawing room and then ascended to the first floor kitchen in an attempt to get food.

Ojha was playing in the bedroom next to the kitchen with his 15-month-old daughter Vamika and his 13-year-old sister-in-law Nikita. The monkey appeared and began to go in their direction. Then, Nikita displayed quick thinking by telling Alexa, the virtual assistant from Amazon, to bark like a dog. Luckily, her cunning paid out, and the money started to become afraid of the constant barking. After then, the monkey leaped over the roof of a neighbor and climbed onto a tree before disappearing from view.

Nikita is quoted as stating, “When the monkey entered, no grownups were present. Despite my fear, I was determined to stop an attack. I saw the Alexa in the kitchen kept over the refrigerator and I gave it the order. Everything was moving so fast that I was not sure if the trick would hold up. Thankfully, it did.

Ojha felt pleased with Alexa. “Alexa is connected to the majority of my home’s technological appliances. We are used to giving orders and doing tasks. However, it prevented an impending monkey attack for the first time for the two children living in my home.”
