Uttar Pradesh NEWS : Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Shri Satish Mahana has requested the cooperation of all parties for the smooth conduct of the Vidhan Sabha session. Addressing an all-party meeting at Vidhan Bhawan here today, he said the House functions with the cooperation of all. People’s problems can be meaningfully solved by logical, factual and quality communication in a positive atmosphere. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the perception of Uttar Pradesh has changed in the country and the world. Innovations are being made in the Legislative Assembly with the inspiration and support of the Chief Minister. The ‘developed India, developed Uttar Pradesh-2047’ vision document will prove to be a milestone in the development of the state.
On this occasion, Chief Minister and Leader of the House Yogi Adityanath said that the second session of the year 2025 of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature will start from tomorrow, August 11, 2025.
The Chief Minister said that the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly is the pivot of the overall development of the state.
Over the years, the Vidhan Sabha has exemplified the parliamentary system of functioning across the country.
This strengthens democracy. The House is going for a healthy debate. This was possible due to the cooperation of party workers.
Under the leadership of Vidhan Sabha Speaker, a series of innovations have started in the Vidhan Sabha.
Various works like digitization, beautification of the gallery, renovation of the hall have been done in the House. This has become a model for the country. Hon’ble Speakers of various State Assemblies, Ministers of Parliamentary Affairs, etc. come to see these innovations. It’s a matter of pride for us.
The Chief Minister assured full cooperation of the ruling party in the smooth conduct of the session. He said that taking forward the serious discussion while maintaining the high dignity and decorum of the House increases the faith of the public in democracy. The state government is ready to discuss issues related to the development and welfare of the state. Following parliamentary traditions, all members should place their suggestions and issues in the House.
There should be a positive discussion in the House.
The Chief Minister said that the state government is working in the direction of preparing a ‘developed India, developed Uttar Pradesh-2047’ vision document to take forward the overall and sustainable development of Uttar Pradesh in the right direction. In this session, the members should carry forward the positive discussion for 24 hours from the coming 13th August regarding the action plan of the ‘developed India, developed Uttar Pradesh-2047’ vision document. This meaningful discussion will become a medium for the progress of the country and the state and the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly will be able to present a new image of the state in the country. This is not the agenda of any particular party, but of the state.
The Chief Minister said that we aim to prepare this vision document in the next three months. The state government will work to implement the ‘developed India, developed Uttar Pradesh-2047’ vision document with full commitment. A QR code is being issued to elicit the views of the general public on the vision document.
These QR codes will be pasted at various public places.
Earlier, the Chief Minister dedicated the renovated dome at the entrance of the Vidhan Bhawan, the renovated Super Specialty Breakfast Hall and the renovated Assembly Hall and the renovated Assembly Hall No. 15.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna said that the House could be run smoothly only with the cooperation of both the parties. All parties assured cooperation in the smooth conduct of the proceedings of the House. It’s a good tradition.
