Uttarakhand CM Dhami : Strong land law will soon be implemented in Uttarakhand CM Assembly was held in Bharadisain under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami regarding the implementation of land law In an important meeting, Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami discussed the draft of land law with the committee formed for land law and other former high officials and intellectuals in connection with the strict land law in Uttarakhand at the Vidhansabha Bhawan Bharadisain on Wednesday. On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the state government is very serious regarding the land law.
He said that work is being done to make the land law applicable in the state in accordance with public sentiments. The Chief Minister said that many good suggestions have come during this discussion, which will be included in the land law. He said that suggestions will be taken from the public regarding land law at the SDM and Tehsildar level also, out of which good suggestions will be included in it.
The Chief Minister said that a strong land law is being drafted keeping in mind the needs of the local people and development aspects.In the meeting, Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, former Chief Secretary Shri Indu Kumar Pandey, Shri Subhash Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Anand Bardhan, Shri BP Pandey, former DGP Shri Anil RaturiPrincipal Secretary Shri R.K.
