CM Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday offered prayers at Omkareshwar Temple, Ukhimath, the winter stay place of Baba Kedar, and prayed for the happiness, prosperity of all the people of the state and progress of the state. While inaugurating the winter yatra in Ukhimath, the Chief Minister also conducted an on-site inspection of various arrangements made by the administration for the yatra.

On this occasion, he instructed the officials to ensure all necessary arrangements to facilitate the journey of the devotees coming for winter yatra. CM Pushkar said that with the beginning of winter yatra in the state, pilgrimage and tourism of Devbhoomi will become even stronger. This will not only increase the arrival of tourists throughout the year, but will also make many tourist places popular here.Besides, new employment opportunities will be created for the local residents, which will help in strengthening their economic condition.
