– All-purpose flour – for the pizza dough – Yeast – to make the dough rise – Tomato sauce – for the base layer of flavor – Mozzarella cheese – for that perfect melty topping – Olive oil – for kneading dough and brushing the crust
In a bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp yeast, ¾ cup warm water, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a smooth dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into a circle or rectangle. Place it on a greased baking tray or pizza stone.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
