Burger Buns – 2 pieces

Boiled and Mashed Potatoes – 2 medium-sized

1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala, salt & pepper 

Veggies (Lettuce, Peas, and Onion)

¼ cup finely chopped onions and 1-2 green chilies (optional)

Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons

– Boil the mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, beans) until soft, then drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables

– Peel and boil the potatoes. Once soft, mash them until smooth. This will be the base for your patty.

Mash the Potatoes

– Take a large bowl and combine the mashed potatoes with all the veggies. Add the spices for flavor and stir well.

Add Mayonnaise & Breadcrumbs

– Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise for creaminess, then mix in breadcrumbs to bind the mixture and shape into patties.

Cook the Patties

– Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

– Toast the buns, spread mayonnaise on both, place the patty on the bottom bun, add toppings, and cover with the top bun.

Assemble the Burger

Your Veggie Burger is Ready!

Serve it hot with your favorite sides and sauces. For extra flavor, try adding a squeeze of lemon or a dash of hot sauce. You can also season the patty mixture with chili flakes or paprika for a spicier kick.
