Aamir described how portraying an overweight, middle-aged ex-wrestler was a huge risk, especially after successful hits like PK and Dhoom 3. “People assumed I was younger, but with Dangal, my real age and persona came through. I believed that yeh film karoonga toh meri asliyat saamne aa jayegi,” he shared.
