Pappu Yadav
Purnea Lok Sabha seat is a topic of much discussion in Bihar. Concurrently, Congress State President Akhilesh Singh’s statement was addressed by Pappu Yadav on Friday.
Rajesh Ranjan, well known as Pappu Yadav, is a former MP from the Purnia Lok Sabha constituency. He filed his nomination as an independent candidate on Thursday. Congress took its “hand” off Pappu Yadav’s head when he filed his nomination. Akhilesh Singh, the state president, had previously stated that he would have to rescind his nomination. On Friday, Pappu Yadav responded to this. He remarked, “My relationship with Akhilesh ji is good, but we have the blessings of Priyanka Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, who trust us.” It’s the individuals running for office, not me. Will not revoke the nomination.
Pappu Yadav will not leave Purnia
According to Pappu Yadav, I am a loyal soldier in the Congress. I’ll carry on in this manner. Why do the politicians in Delhi-Patna despise me? I’d rather not get involved with Delhi Patna politics. I have Kosi Seemanchal to look after. To get blessings, one must touch the feet of every household. I’m not picking up the phone. Individuals are approaching me voluntarily. Many thousands have already made the journey. refuses to leave Purnia.
Akhilesh Prasad Singh had said this
Let us inform you that Congress State President Akhilesh Prasad Singh declared on Thursday that no one is permitted to file a candidacy outside of the party following Pappu Yadav’s independent nomination for the Purnia seat. The alliance took over the Aurangabad seat. Nikhil Kumar did not submit his nomination because he was a candidate from that area.
The upper command of Congress forbids any senior official or leader from submitting an independent nomination. The Congress party will not put up with this. Pappu Yadav advises that withdrawal might still be made within the remaining period. Retract your nomination.
There was no mention of action
Congress will back the candidate running from Purnia on the RJD banner, according to the alliance concept, according to party legislative party leader Shakeel Ahmed Khan. The Grand Alliance has divided all 40 of Bihar’s seats, and the parties that received seats as a result of this allocation, including the Congress, are supporting candidates for each of those seats. We sincerely intend to uphold the coalition dharma.
Congress has said unequivocally that the party supports the Grand Alliance nominee. Congressmen, however, never discuss taking any action.
