CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said that Lord Srihari Vishnu is the guardian of creation. Shri Vishnu Mahayagya is not just a religious ritual, but a sacred medium of revival of Sanatan culture. He said that the divine grace received from the yagna inspires us to move forward on the path of religion, devotion and knowledge and this is a great work driven by the spirit of welfare of the nation and society.
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma addressed the inaugural ceremony of Shri Vishnu Mahayagya and the main entrance of Shri Krishna Dham held at Shri Krishna Dham at Guda Manglian (Desuri) in Pali district on Sunday. He said that the voice of saints has so much power that it can make even the fallen holy. Satsang and darshan of saints is a wonderful medium of self-purification, which inspires the society towards religion, culture and sanskars.
Maha Kumbh: A symbol of cultural heritage and spiritual progress
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said that such events further strengthen the Sanatan culture of the country. He said that the culture of India is the strongest culture in the world and under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the work of revival of Sanatan culture is going on. With the consecration of the grand Ram temple in Ayodhya, the city has again become a major centre of spiritual and Sanatan culture. The recently held Mahakumbh showcased the power of India’s cultural heritage globally and took the message of our spiritual progress to the entire world.
An important step towards cultural upliftment in the state
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said that the state government is making a provision of Rs 161 crore in the budget for the beautification of various temples while giving priority to cultural upliftment. In addition, under the Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme, senior citizens will be able to undertake pilgrimage by air and AC trains in the coming year. The state government has increased the amount of bhog in temples to Rs 3,000 and the honorarium of priests to Rs 7,500 per month. Along with this, special decoration and aarti programs are being organized on various religious occasions in about 600 temples.
Earlier, CM Bhajan Lal Sharma inaugurated the main entrance of Sri Krishna Dham and prayed for the prosperity and well-being of the state by visiting the temple. He also offered worship to Lord Vishnu in the Maha Yajna.

P. Chaudhary, MLAs Mr. Pushpendra Singh, Mr. Srichand Kripalani, Mr. Kesaram Chaudhary, Mrs. Shobha Chauhan, Mr. Hamir Singh Bhaial, Mr. Chhagan Singh Rajpurohit, besides a large number of public representatives, saints and devotees.
