CM Bhajan Lal Sharma has extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the State on the birth anniversary (April 14) of Babasaheb , the architect of the Constitution of India.
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said that great thinker, social reformer, jurist and was the liberator of Dalits, oppressed, deprived, women and poor. Dr. Ambedkar always raised his voice for social justice and equality and gave the weaker sections of the society their rights. He said that the success that Babasaheb achieved through hard work throughout his life is still guiding and inspiring for us.
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said that the life of Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar is an inspiration for all of us as a defender of civil rights, supporter of parliamentary system of governance, pioneer of women’s rights, abolition of untouchability. Babasaheb also made significant contributions in various fields such as law, education, economics and sociology. At the same time, he ensured the upliftment of workers, farmers and women by fighting for them. Shri Sharma said that Babasaheb’s contribution in building an egalitarian society and making India a progressive nation through the framing of the Constitution is unparalleled.
CM Bhajan Lal Sha rma called upon the people of the state to follow Babasaheb’s principles and ideas to fulfil his dreams based on equality, fraternity and justice so that everyone could play their active role in the development of the country and the state.
