Health Minister Arti Singh Rao : As per Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini’s directive, both tied and untied funds under the Haryana Rural Development Fund (HRDF) for Gram Panchayat development will be released only after a full accounting of previously allocated funds. Therefore, officials must present detailed reports of fund utilization in the Gram Panchayats during the next meeting.
Haryana Health Minister Arti Singh Rao conveyed this during the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Committee held at the District Secretariat in Palwal on Wednesday. She addressed 11 public complaints listed on the agenda and ensured immediate resolution of 7 cases during the session.
Responding to a complaint by Saqir, a member of the Gram Panchayat Samiti from village Mithaka, regarding the pending construction of an Anganwadi Bhawan, the Executive Engineer informed the Minister that work has resumed and will be completed by the end of May.
In another case, pertaining to a police-related issue raised by Priyanka, a resident of Gram Panchayat Kushak, Minister Arti Singh Rao assigned Hodal MLA Harinder Singh the task of mediating a peaceful resolution between the concerned parties.
During the meeting, committee members, including the attending MLAs, highlighted several other issues. The Health Minister issued appropriate instructions to relevant officials to address them.
The meeting was attended by Hodal MLA Harinder Singh, Hathin MLA Mohammad Israil, BJP District President Vipin Bainsla, and various senior officials.
