This is highly commendable and worthy of emulation. He said that such marriage events reduce the financial burden on both the bride’s and groom’s families and also strengthen social unity.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav made an affectionate appeal to all to adopt this progressive thinking and to encourage harmony, cooperation, and simplicity in society. He said that under the Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana, marriages of lakhs of couples have been conducted so far. This scheme is like a boon for families in need. He told the bride and groom to take advantage of all government schemes and move towards a bright future. Our government is concerned about employment and the interests of all.
Mr. Hitanand Sharma was specially present via video conferencing to bless the bride and groom.
Khajuraho MP Mr. Vishnu Dutt Sharma, while blessing the bride and groom, said that the government has now taken the responsibility of marrying the daughters of needy families.
