CM Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the Tiranga Shaurya Samman Yatra dedicated to the historic victory of Operation Sindoor successfully conducted by the Indian Armed Forces held in Haldwani on Saturday. The Tiranga Shaurya Samman Yatra was held from Mini Stadium, Haldwani to Shaheed Park. Thousands of local citizens, ex-servicemen, youth and matriarchs participated in the padyatra with the tricolour. On the occasion, the Chief Minister also paid tributes to the martyrs by laying a wreath at the memorial.
Saluting the brave soldiers who took part in Operation Sindoor, the Chief Minister said that India has again proved that it is fully capable of taking decisive action against terrorism. Through Operation Sindoor, India showcased the bravery of its brave sons. India has also given a clear message to terrorism and its supporters that the new India will now respond to every terrorist action in its own language.
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Uttarakhand is a brave land, where almost every family is associated with the service of the country. He called upon the youth of the state to take inspiration from the discipline, valour and service of the army and security forces. Lauding the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said that today India is capable of giving a befitting reply to any terrorist challenge and now the country’s borders are being protected with state-of-the-art indigenous technology. Today, the Indian Army is responding to bullets with bullets. The Chief Minister said that the brave soldiers of India have given a befitting reply to the enemies.
The Chief Minister said that as the Chief Servant of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, he salutes all the brave jawans. “The Prime Minister had already said that we will bury the eyes of the enemies raised against India. And that’s what happened. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that India has given such a befitting reply to the terrorists that no enemy would even dare to raise his eyes towards India. Due to the clear policy and strong leadership of the Prime Minister, today we have been able to strike a decisive blow against terrorism. He described the Shaurya Samman Yatra as a journey to salute and encourage the indomitable courage, valour and valour of the Indian Army. He said that the Tiranga Yatra is a symbol of the fact that today our country knows how to respond to bullets with bullets under the leadership of the Prime Minister.
The Chief Minister said that India now takes direct action. The bullets of India’s soldiers now work to destroy terror, terrorism and their masters. Our forces are ready to face any situation. He said that the way the citizens of India are joining the Janasan Yatra is a symbol of the fact that the whole of India is ready at all times to respond to terrorism with unity. He said that after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22nd April, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi felt the anger in the country towards terrorists. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said the Prime Minister decided to strike directly at the root of terror. For this, the Indian Army was given a free hand. The Indian Army taught such a lesson to Pakistan-based terrorism without entering the border of Pakistan, which Pakistan was also shocked to see. The Indian Army destroyed terror launch pads in Pakistan and targeted military installations housing terrorists.
“The country is in a strong position under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Since 2014, the Indian Army is being further strengthened. The world is seeing the result of the Prime Minister’s emphasis on making Made in India weapons for the strength of the army. The world has understood India’s military power by the havoc wreaked by Made in India weapons on terrorists. India’s military campaign proved that India is becoming self-reliant in the field of defence. The Chief Minister said that the indigenous weapons and other resources equipped with the latest technology manufactured in India are several thousand times more effective than the weapons and resources of any other country. “During Operation Sindoor, our soldiers told the world that we are no less than anyone. In just four days, the Indian Army showed such valour that Pakistan had to come down on its knees for a ceasefire. The Pakistan DGMO had to plead with India. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami was seen very emotional during the Tiranga Samman Yatra. Remembering the brave martyrs and soldiers of Devbhoomi, he said that every fifth jawan of the jawans protecting the country on the borders belongs to the brave land of Uttarakhand. Our brave soldiers have sacrificed their lives for the country.
