Investment to give Momentum to Development of Vindhya and Tyonthar : CM Dr. Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that industrial investment will give momentum to development of the Vindhya and Tyonthar regions. He said that the government will provide every possible support to industrialists setting up employment-generating industries. Responding to a request from entrepreneurs who came from Varanasi, the Chief Minister announced that an Industrial Summit will be organized in the city of Kashi Vishwanath -Varanasi in the month of November. Entrepreneurs from Varanasi also announced an investment of ₹1,000 crore in the Vindhya region.
During one-on-one discussions with entrepreneurs in Chakghat, Rewa district, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in line with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision, we are moving forward with the Swadeshi pholosophy. He encouraged entrepreneurs to come forward to establish their industries, assuring them full support from the state government. He emphasized that Madhya Pradesh is rapidly advancing in industrial investment and will be among the top states in the country in the coming years. He invited entrepreneurs to set up industries in areas like stubble processing and food processing, among others.

Dr. Yadav mentioned that ample land is available in Mauganj and Tyonthar assembly constituencies of Rewa district, and plans have been made for industrial area development. If entrepreneurs establish industries by building their facilities through their own capital investment, the government will provide all necessary assistance and facilities. He congratulated the region on the groundbreaking ceremony of a Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plant in Tyonthar and expressed hope that it would benefit the local population, help resolve the issue of stubble burning, and promote organic development.
He said that a “Seva Pakhwada” is being celebrated from September 17 to October 2 on the occasion of Prime Minister Modi’s birthday. On his birthday, the Prime Minister visited Madhya Pradesh and gifted the industrial sector with the PM MITRA Park, which will prove to be a milestone in employment generation.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav invited entrepreneurs to invest in the state. As many as 17 industrialists and representatives from Ramnagar, Varanasi, declared that they will invest ₹1,000 crore in the Rewa district. During one-on-one discussions with the Chief Minister, members of the Ramnagar Industries Association presented Dr. Yadav with a ceremonial cloth and a replica of the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. D.S. Mishra, President of the Ramnagar Industries Association, Varanasi; Rakesh Jaiswal; Dilip Singh, President of the M.P. Rice Association; and Amit Gautam, an entrepreneur under the Micro and Small Enterprises Scheme, held discussions with the Chief Minister.
The entrepreneurs expressed that they are motivated by the state’s attractive industrial policies and will invest in the region, which is poised to soar high in the industrial sector. The event also saw the participation of Member of Parliament Shri Janardan Mishra, Tyonthar MLA Shri Siddharth Tiwari, former Mayor Shri Virendra Gupta, Dr. Ajay Singh, former MP Shri Devaraj Singh, Commissioner Shri B.S. Jamod, and a large number of entrepreneurs from Varanasi, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, and Rewa.
