Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived in the state capital Raipur today on a two-day visit to Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai extended a heartfelt welcome to him at Swami Vivekananda Airport, presenting a bouquet as a mark of respect.
At the airport, Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu, Speaker of the Assembly Dr. Raman Singh, Deputy Chief Ministers Vijay Sharma and Arun Sao, Finance Minister O.P. Choudhary, Agriculture Minister Ram Vichar Netam, Tourism Minister Rajesh Agrawal, Mayor Meenal Choubey, MP Smt. Roopkumari Choudhary, Chief Secretary Vikas Sheel, Additional Chief Secretary Manoj Pingua, DGP Arun Dev Gautam, IG Amresh Mishra, Divisional Commissioner Mahadev Kawre and Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh were also present to welcome the Union Home Minister.

It is noteworthy that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will accompany Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on October 4 to Jagdalpur, where they will attend a series of programmes.
