Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare and Animal Husbandry and Dairying Minister, Sh. Shyam Singh Rana, has extended his warm greetings to all sections of society, especially the farmers of the state, on the auspicious occasion of Diwali.

In his message issued here today, Sh. Rana expressed his best wishes for the happiness, prosperity, and good health of all farmers and their families. He said that Diwali should be celebrated with harmony, brotherhood, and peace.

The Minister said that Haryana’s farmers, through their hard work and dedication, have made the state a leader in the fields of agriculture, horticulture, dairy, and fisheries. Our farmers are the pillars of not only of the state but also of the nation’s food security, nutrition, and economic strength.

Sh. Rana further said that the state government is continuously making efforts to increase farmers’ income and enhance productivity through various schemes and policies. He also appealed to farmers and others to celebrate this festival with unity and joy while taking special care of their health and the environment.
