Saurabh Bhardwaj hits back at BJP over Delhi forensic report, calls it ‘half-truth’, demands Kapil Mishra apologize, and exposes political spin.

The political heat in Delhi escalated once again over the recently released forensic report, as Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Delhi state president Saurabh Bhardwaj sharply criticized the BJP for allegedly presenting half-truths and stirring communal emotions. Bhardwaj also questioned the usage of the term “Guru” in the report and demanded an apology and investigation from BJP leader Kapil Mishra.

During a response to Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta’s press briefing, Bhardwaj accused the BJP of manipulating facts to create a biased narrative and inflame public sentiment. “The outcome of this entire exercise was exactly what they expected. They dug a mountain and got a dead mouse out,” Bhardwaj remarked, highlighting his disbelief at the exaggerated claims.

Saurabh Bhardwaj further alleged that the BJP had already pre-decided the narrative days before the press conference, relying on half-truths to mislead the public. “They presented only partial information, which was used to conduct a full-scale press briefing. This is exactly what we witnessed this morning,” he added.

Comparing Punjab and Delhi Forensic Reports

The AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj stated that the findings in Delhi closely mirror Punjab’s forensic report, which clearly indicated that the term “Guru” was not used. However, he claimed that in Delhi, pressure was allegedly applied on government officials to manipulate the report before presenting it publicly. Bhardwaj emphasized that the forensic analysis should have clarified the exact words spoken, but this crucial point remains ignored.

Allegations of Half-Truths to Protect Image

Saurabh Bhardwaj accused the BJP of using partial truths to safeguard their reputation. He asserted that the AAP will expose the party’s attempts to create tension between Hindu and Sikh communities by circulating the video widely.

He also criticized the Assembly Speaker, stating that political comments have undermined the dignity of the office. “Unfortunately, the Speaker made political statements today, which necessitates a firm response to these allegations,” Bhardwaj said.

Kapil Mishra Given Ultimatum

The AAP leader issued a two-day ultimatum to Kapil Mishra, urging him to personally apologize at Darbar Sahib and to allow CBI or NIA to conduct any necessary investigation. “The truth must come out, and the public should know whether the term ‘Guru’ was ever used,” Bhardwaj said.

Core Issue Ignored

He stressed that the investigation should focus on the video Mishra posted on Twitter. “It’s pointless to rely on written statements read aloud by BJP leaders. The main issue is being ignored and deliberately distorted,” Bhardwaj added.

Demand for Clarity from Virendra Sachdeva

Finally, Saurabh Bhardwaj called upon Virendra Sachdeva to clarify publicly whether the forensic investigation included the term “Guru.” “If the words were never spoken, the question of them appearing in the report does not even arise,” he concluded.
