UP CM Yogi Adityanath says bulldozer and BrahMos symbolize power, law & order, and strategic strength; highlights UP economy outshining Pakistan.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath highlighted the synergy between the bulldozer and the BrahMos missile during his address at the Times Now Viksit Bharat Samriddh UP Conclave, describing both as symbols of power and governance in the state and the nation.
The CM referred to the bulldozer as a representation of the state’s strength, emphasizing its dual significance in promoting rapid infrastructure development—including expressways and urban projects—and taking decisive action against mafia and criminal elements. “Bulldozer and BrahMos are complementary, not contradictory,” CM Yogi said, adding that the bulldozer reflects the will of the people who demand strict action against crime in Uttar Pradesh.
BrahMos: India’s Strategic Power
Regarding the BrahMos supersonic cruise missile, CM Yogi described it as a symbol of India’s strategic and military might. He issued a stern warning to adversaries, stating that any attempt to challenge India’s sovereignty would be met with decisive action. The missile system’s speed, precision, and long-range capability make it a core component of the Indian Armed Forces.
UP’s Economic Growth Outshines Pakistan
CM Yogi also praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for India’s economic progress, asserting that India is the fastest-growing economy globally. “Even Pakistan cannot match the economic growth of Uttar Pradesh,” he remarked, highlighting the state’s robust industrial and infrastructure development as a model for the country.
BrahMos Manufacturing Facility in Lucknow
The BrahMos missile facility in Lucknow, inaugurated on May 11 last year under the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor initiative, was completed in just three and a half years. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and CM Yogi Adityanath flagged off the first batch of missiles produced at the BrahMos Integration and Testing Facility Centre.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh emphasized that BrahMos is more than just a missile; it represents India’s growing indigenous defence capabilities and technological self-reliance. He praised the missile system’s role in Operation Sindoor, highlighting its advanced guidance system, traditional warhead, and supersonic strike ability. “This combination of speed, accuracy, and power makes BrahMos one of the most formidable missile systems in the world,” he said.
Operation Sindoor: A Strategic Success
CM Yogi and Defence Minister Singh both underscored that Operation Sindoor demonstrated India’s growing military dominance. “The operation was just a trailer, and it has made Pakistan realize the extent of India’s capabilities,” said the Defence Minister, reinforcing the strategic importance of BrahMos in safeguarding national security.
With the combination of strategic military assets like BrahMos and strong governance tools symbolized by the bulldozer, Uttar Pradesh continues to set a benchmark in law enforcement, infrastructure, and economic development.
