Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that Madhya Pradesh has every chance of becoming into an air cargo center similar to Delhi given its location and advanced infrastructure. Madhya Pradesh, according to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, is situated in the center of India. He claimed that the state now boasts a dense network of expressways, metro lines, and railroads thanks to the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The state is currently expanding its cargo and air transportation infrastructure. Every one of the state’s seven airports has the potential to handle cargo. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav voiced these opinions at the biennial Air Cargo Forum India Conclave-2024.
Madhya Pradesh is the first state where interstate aviation service has been launched, according to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. The state has launched the PMShri Air Ambulance service, which benefits both able-bodied individuals and holders of Ayushman cards. In an effort to boost travel within the state, heli service has also been launched. From this vantage point, the state has created sufficient air transportation and air cargo infrastructure.
According to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the establishment of a cargo center in the state will facilitate resource exploration, foster trade, and create job opportunities. A desk labeled “Future Ready Madhya Pradesh” has also been set up in an effort to turn Madhya Pradesh become a business hub in the future. The state’s economy is growing at a rate of more than 20 percent, while its agricultural sector is developing at a rate of 25 percent. In comparison to the previous budget, 16% more money was allocated in the state budget that was unveiled yesterday. According to Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Madhya Pradesh uses air cargo to move goods valued at $6 billion. From this vantage point, he claimed, Madhya Pradesh’s aviation cargo sector has enormous potential. The aviation cargo sector was extended an invitation by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav to engage in state growth and investment.
Air Cargo Forum India issued the book “Skilling Manual,” which was introduced by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. In addition, the leaders of the Air Cargo Forum India Task Pillars—Digital Automation, Knowledge and Research, Go Green, Domestic Air Cargo, Process Simplification, Branding, Policy Advocacy, and Event Management—were recognized by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav for their outstanding work.
