Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini announces employment support for 5.40 lakh CET pass youth with 100-hour work opportunities and skill training.
Haryana Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini has directed officials to accelerate employment generation and skill development initiatives for the youth under the Viksit Bharat Vision 2047. The Chief Minister reviewed the progress of the Employment, Skill Development and Industrial Training Department and emphasized creating more job opportunities through modern training programs.
During the review meeting, CM Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the importance of preparing young people according to the changing requirements of industries. He instructed the department to strengthen skill-based education and provide better career opportunities to the youth of the state.
Haryana CET Pass Youth to Receive 100 Hours of Work Opportunities
In a major announcement, the Haryana government said that Haryana CET pass youth will be provided 100 hours of work opportunities. The initiative aims to connect qualified candidates with employment-related activities and provide them with practical work experience.
The Chief Minister further announced that candidates who do not get employment even after two years will receive financial assistance under the Saksham Yuva Yojana. This step is aimed at supporting unemployed youth and helping them remain financially stable while searching for suitable job opportunities.

Over 5.40 Lakh Haryana CET Qualified Youth Identified in Survey
According to the government, a survey has identified 5,40,428 Haryana CET pass youth across Haryana. CM Nayab Singh Saini directed officials to ensure that eligible candidates start receiving the benefits of the scheme from November 1.
The government is working on a structured plan to provide employment opportunities and skill-based support to these candidates.
AI-Based Skill Training to Prepare Youth for Future Jobs
The meeting also discussed the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based skill training programs for young people. The government aims to equip students and job seekers with future-ready skills so they can compete in emerging sectors and industries.
Officials also discussed the establishment of a regional centre of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University in Fatehabad. The centre will focus on providing industry-oriented training and improving access to skill development facilities for youth in the region.
Haryana Ranks Among Top Ten States Under Viksit Bharat Initiative
CM Nayab Singh Saini informed that Haryana has secured a place among the top ten states under the Prime Minister’s Viksit Bharat initiative. He said the state government is committed to empowering youth through employment opportunities, skill enhancement and innovative training programs.
The Haryana government’s focus remains on building a skilled workforce, increasing employment avenues and contributing towards the vision of a developed India by 2047.
