Doctors have informed the family that his condition is still critical. They plan to continue the current treatment for another two to three days before assessing his response.
Sorathiya also appreciated the efforts of the doctors and hospital staff, saying they have been working hard to save the patient’s life during this difficult period.
Family May Consider Shifting Him to Delhi or Mumbai
The family is closely monitoring Shantilal’s health and remains in contact with the doctors. Manoj Sorathiya said that discussions with the medical team would continue over the next two days.
If the patient’s condition does not improve, the family may consider shifting him to another major hospital for advanced treatment. Delhi, Mumbai or any other suitable location offering better medical facilities could be considered.
The priority, Sorathiya said, is to explore every possible option to improve Shantilal’s health and help him recover.
Chaitar Vasava to Monitor Brother’s Health During Bail Period
Manoj Sorathiya said the situation has been particularly difficult for the family as Chaitar Vasava has been in jail for a prolonged period. He described the circumstances as deeply distressing, especially given the MLA’s responsibilities as the family’s eldest brother.
During the three-day bail period, Chaitar Vasava will remain at the hospital, monitor his younger brother’s health and stay in touch with the doctors regarding further treatment.
Sorathiya thanked the Supreme Court for allowing the MLA time to meet and care for his brother. He also acknowledged the efforts of Surat Civil Hospital’s doctors and staff in providing medical care to Shantilal.
For now, Shantilal Vasava remains in critical condition under medical supervision. The next two to three days are expected to be important in determining the further course of his treatment.
