AAP holds massive rally in Gujarat supporting MLA Chaitar Vasava. 1.5 lakh signatures submitted to President demanding justice through collector.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) organised a massive public rally and march in support of Dediapada MLA Chaitar Vasava in Rajpipla, Gujarat. Thousands of people participated in the event, expressing solidarity with the legislator and his supporters.
Following the rally, AAP submitted a memorandum along with 1.5 lakh signatures collected in support of Chaitar Vasava to the President through the district collector. The party said the signatures represent public support and a demand for a fair review of the case involving the Gujarat MLA.
The event was attended by senior AAP leaders, including Gujarat AAP President Isudan Gadhvi, state organisation general secretary Manoj Sorathiya, Narmada district president Niranjan Vasava, and family members of Chaitar Vasava, including Shakuntalaben Vasava and Varshaben Vasava.
Isudan Gadhvi Calls Signature Campaign a Symbol of Public Support
Addressing the gathering, AAP Gujarat President Isudan Gadhvi said that the large number of signatures collected in support of Chaitar Vasava reflected the people’s trust and connection with the MLA.
He said the party would continue expanding the signature campaign and aims to increase the number of signatures further. Gadhvi also questioned the pace of legal proceedings in various pending cases and demanded equal treatment in the justice system.
He alleged that Chaitar Vasava’s work on issues related to tribal communities and farmers had made him a strong public voice. He added that the collected signatures would be sent to the President through official channels.

AAP Leaders Accuse Government of Targeting Chaitar Vasava
AAP Gujarat organisation general secretary Manoj Sorathiya said that Chaitar Vasava had become a prominent voice among people and claimed that several political challenges had been faced by the MLA.
He said the rally demonstrated public support for Chaitar Vasava and added that the party would continue raising issues related to farmers, youth and education in Gujarat.
Sorathiya also spoke about concerns over examination irregularities and alleged that paper leak incidents had affected students across the state. He said AAP would continue demanding accountability on issues affecting young people.
Supporters Say Movement Will Continue
Narmada district AAP president Niranjan Vasava said that Chaitar Vasava continued to receive support from people despite being in jail. He claimed that the MLA’s work had created awareness among citizens across Gujarat.
He said supporters would continue their campaign and raise their concerns through democratic means.
Family Members Express Gratitude to Supporters
Speaking at the gathering, Chaitar Vasava’s wife Shakuntalaben Vasava thanked supporters and said the family would continue its fight through legal and democratic channels. She expressed confidence that justice would be delivered.
Another family member, Varshaben Vasava, thanked people who participated in the signature campaign and said the support received from villages across Gujarat would strengthen their efforts.
She said the campaign would continue until their demands were addressed and announced that similar public programmes would be organised in the coming days.
AAP Announces Future Public Outreach Programmes
AAP leaders said that another major conference would be organised in Chhota Udepur on July 27 as part of their ongoing public outreach campaign.
The party stated that the Rajpipla rally was aimed at highlighting public concerns and strengthening communication with citizens across Gujarat.
