Arvind Kejriwal will visit Ayodhya on June 26 to offer prayers at Ram Lalla temple amid ongoing Ram Mandir controversy and investigation.

Amid ongoing controversy related to the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, political temperatures have risen as Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has announced his visit to the holy city on June 26. During the visit, he will offer prayers and seek blessings at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.

Arvind Kejriwal shared the announcement on the social media platform X, stating that recent reports regarding alleged irregularities linked to prasad and offerings at the Ram Mandir have deeply hurt the sentiments of devotees of Sanatan Dharma. He said that he will travel to Ayodhya to have darshan of Lord Ram and offer prayers.

Meanwhile, investigations into the alleged irregularities related to offerings and prasad management at the temple are currently underway. Following a request from the temple trust, the state government has constituted a three-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the allegations and submit a detailed report. The committee has been tasked with conducting a fair and transparent investigation.

Reacting to the matter, saints associated with Ram Lalla and Hanuman Garhi, including Mahant Dharmdas Baba, have expressed concern over the allegations. He emphasized that any claims related to religious institutions are extremely sensitive and must be investigated thoroughly and impartially. He also expressed confidence in the administration and investigative agencies, stating that strict action should be taken against those found guilty.

Arvind Kejriwal’s proposed visit has drawn significant political and religious attention, as it comes at a time when investigations into the temple-related allegations are ongoing. His visit is being closely watched by political observers due to its potential implications in both religious and political circles.
