Arvind Kejriwal hails historic victory in Narmada District Panchayat Election, saying people created history and signaling political change in Gujarat.
A grand victory rally was organized in Rajpipla after the Aam Aadmi Party’s win in the Narmada District Panchayat Election. A large crowd gathered as party workers and leaders celebrated what they called a historic political shift in Gujarat.
Aam Aadmi Party national convener and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal attended the event and thanked the people of Narmada for their support in the Narmada District Panchayat Election.
He said that the people had “created history” by forming a third-party government in the district, breaking the long-standing two-party dominance in Gujarat politics.
Historic Win in Narmada District Panchayat Election
Addressing the gathering, Kejriwal said the victory in the Narmada District Panchayat Election reflects the desire for change among people, especially in tribal regions. He added that this political shift would spread across Gujarat and influence future elections, including the 2027 Assembly polls.
He further emphasized that the Narmada District Panchayat Election result marks the beginning of a new political era in the state.

Strong Attack on BJP and Congress
During the rally, Kejriwal alleged that both BJP and Congress have been working together politically in Gujarat. He claimed that the Narmada District Election exposed the “unholy alliance” between the two parties.
He also said that only AAP is fighting for the rights of the people and that the victory in the Narmada District Election is a response to years of alleged corruption and misgovernance.
Chaitar Vasava Highlights Tribal Issues
MLA Chaitar Vasava also addressed the gathering and said the Narmada District Election victory belongs to the people who want change. He raised issues related to tribal rights, development, and implementation of laws such as PESA and the Fifth Schedule.
He warned that if tribal demands are ignored, protests would continue across the region.
Call for Development and 2027 Vision
Leaders said that the Narmada District Panchayat Election win must now translate into effective governance. Kejriwal urged party workers to focus on transparency, development, and public trust.
AAP leaders also stated that this victory is a stepping stone toward forming a government in Gujarat in the 2027 Assembly elections.
