Baltej Pannu responds to Virsa Singh Valtoha’s “country mission” claim, calling it baseless and stressing mission-driven politics over commission.

A political controversy has erupted in Punjab after Akali Dal leader Virsa Singh Valtoha made remarks suggesting that Aam Aadmi Party leader Baltej Pannu had gone on a “country mission.”

Responding sharply to the claim, Baltej Pannu dismissed the allegation as misleading and politically motivated. He stated that if he had to travel anywhere for official or personal reasons, he would do so openly and transparently, rather than hiding anything from the public.

Pannu further criticized the nature of the allegations, saying that he is not someone who backs away from responsibilities or public challenges. He also emphasized that political discourse should remain respectful and should not include personal or derogatory remarks.
