Shared Heritage Between Bihar and Madhya Pradesh
Highlighting the deep historical and cultural ties between Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, CM Yadav said that Emperor Ashoka once ruled Ujjain as a prince for 10 years before coming to Bihar to create a golden era of governance.
“The Ashoka emblem on our national currency reminds us of the shared legacy between the two states,” he said.
Yadav also mentioned that during the reign of Raja Bhoj, both regions maintained strong relations. He further added that Lord Krishna studied in Ujjain, and his son Samba established the Sun Temple in Bihar, signifying centuries of cultural unity.
“Ram Temple Built Because of Modi’s Commitment”
Referring to the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Yadav said that it was not just a result of the Supreme Court’s verdict, but because of Prime Minister Modi’s unwavering commitment to India’s cultural revival.
He cited the inauguration of Mahakal Lok Corridor in Ujjain as an example of Modi’s dedication to protecting India’s Sanatan heritage. “PM Modi is the true protector of Sanatan Dharma. Soon, a grand Krishna pilgrimage site will also be established in Mathura,” he said.
