Bihar News: In their complaint, the class 8 student’s parents claimed that the accused had kidnapped, imprisoned, and then sexually assaulted the girl, leaving her unconscious at the scene of the crime.
In the Siwan area of Bihar, four people are accused of kidnapping and raping a young girl over the course of two days, according to the police.
The incident took place on April 18 when the 12-year-old girl had gone to attend nature’s call.
Bihar News: Based on the accusation, police filed a case against the accused under sections 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) and 376 D (gang rape) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The class 8 student’s parents filed a complaint alleging that the accused kidnapped, imprisoned, and then sexually assaulted the girl, leaving her unconscious at the scene of the crime.

The parents claimed that they were coerced into accepting a compromise by the accused and others of their family, preventing them from reporting the crime.
One suspect was taken into custody, according to the police, while the other three are still being sought after.
Police said, “The minor will appear before the judicial magistrate’s court on Monday to record her statement under section 164 of CrPC.”
When the youngster was sent to a private hospital on Sunday in a semi-conscious state, authorities told police about the occurrence, which is how the incident came to light.
Bihar News: As to SHO Ashok Dwivedi of the Nautan police station, the suspects have been identified and they are all inhabitants of Khap-Mishrauli village.
The girl had left the house to answer nature’s call at approximately nine o’clock in the evening, according to the SHO.
She was allegedly kidnapped and raped by four people for two days. The child, according to the police, was burned every time she sounded the alarm and was also chained to a tree.
The accused allegedly asked the survivor to keep the incident to herself and warned her with severe consequences if she discussed it with anybody.
Somehow, on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, the youngster made it home and told her parents about her ordeal.
